Proceeds from this show will go towards sending black youth to the World Conference Against Racism for Africans and African descendants in Barbados. Looks like I'll be testing out the waters tomorrow evening. I'm doing a pre-show for the proposed upcoming(?) Living Room Tour (2003?) at an 'undisclosed' location tonight. Tentative set list includes 'Caterpillar', 'Oh You Oh Me', 'Back To You', 'Operator', the freshly written 'Futuristic Angel' and possibly a couple of classic covers including a great McCartney/Lennon piece.

I've been getting asked a lot about the lack of performances as of late. In due time, that's all I can really say. My focus needs to be on other aspects of my music other than gigging. Someone I know does these neat little tours known as 'living room shows'. I love the concept and 'might' even try it at some point down the road. But no, the music has not stopped. Well, I know 2 people that you'll most likely see on this Friday's 1 hr premiere: Lana Carillo who I auditioned with (gooo Lana! haha) and Jason Nunez. Although I didn't make it into any preliminaries, I met a lot of fun people and it was such a great experience. So if they happen to scan the line in the Toronto auditions, look out for the frosted-hair filipino guy. ;)
